brakThis is an all-levels Hatha-Yoga-Flow practice inspired by great yoga masters. Usually beginning with silent breathing, then moving through Surya Namaskara variations to warm up the body, bring flexibility to all muscles/ joints followed by a series of standing, balancing, back bending, twisting or inverted postures, awakening each student’s unique potential & fulfilling your needs at that time.This practice ends with deep relaxation & meditation which will bring a deep calm mind.

Each session is unique and postures can be modified to more or less challenging.
